Well that’s it, my mum did it! 1 year to the day she gave up her lifelong addiction to cigs. Years ago when I was a kid, my mum swore she would never give them up and if she ever did, then us kids better watch out for her wrath lol. I’m happy to report my mum never turned into the evil crabby bitch she always said she would turn into without her cigs. Nope, all that happened is she now has a better chance at good health, no smelly ciggy clothes and best of all? Loads more cash. Mum, I’m so proud of you! You deserved those 1000 GP xxxx

Part 3 of my April dvd update, Easter time! it’s the time of mega bargains and even though I’ll never get through all this stuff for a bit, At least I now can stop looking for good prices for them.

SLIM JIM

Yep that’s me, you see, I went on a healthy eating plan on the 5th of Jan 2009 after binging on all the crap I could get my hands on over Nov and Christmas. Well I lost 1 stone. Very chuffed!!!!

 

THE OC COMPLETE R2 (UK) DVD BOOKSET

I made this video yesterday because there’s SO many pics to add to my site in the usual way.

I had added some music from the OC soundtracks. Just some music bites, but WMG said no to it on youtube. I put in a dispute with the fair use act of 1976, but decided to crap out of it and just delete the video and upload another one without sound, then select some music from youtube (it’s not very good)

It’s better watching the HQ version, so click on HQ :-D.

I’m going to make a lot more of these videos (and try to find some better legal music haha)

If you’ve been sitting on the fence thinking about getting this set, well I hope there’s enough info here to help you decide either way whether or not to buy it (this will be the aim of most of the videos I do in the near future)

Enjoy! Although the music really does suck!… (It’s what volume control was invented for though lol)

EDIT: I updated the music to something a bit less sore on the ears :-P

APRIL 2009 DVD UPDATE 1

A few days into April, and already a lot of dvds! Mostly thanks to HMV and the £57 they gave me for some old games.

About and hour ago I was ready for my kip, spied this sale, and had to order the OC: Season 1-4 set I’ve been after for AGES! but was not willing to pay more than £40 (It was £34.99 and I ordered Zodiac: 2 disc dvd for £2.99

There’s some nice deals in there (Some of the prices are not so good though or are the same price in store at the moment, Outbreak dvd for example, I just got that a few days ago in morrisons instore for £2.00
